Beautiful Regency walnut pantalonniere.
It opens in front with two doors and two drawers.
Doors with two panels, fine carved crosspiece and flat moulded cornice.
Crossbow drawers, lock entrances and stylized drawer handles.
Cambered legs carved with acanthus leaves ending in sabots.
Very beautiful crossbar richly carved with a rocaille.
Rounded and carved mounts with reserves, panelled sides.
The quality of the walnut and the carvings is reminiscent of the Grenoble productions of the period.
The key, the beautiful handles, the lock entries and the locks are in wrought iron and original.
Very good condition.
Dauphiné, early 18th century.
Height 245 cm, width 165 cm, depth 72 cm.
