Beautiful pair of mahogany bergères.
Flat backs with pyramidal pediments, cylindrical armrests with lotus flowers.
Front legs and uprights in glaive scabbards with rosettes, saber-shaped rear legs.
Studded fabric upholstery with floral motif (worn).
Strapped seats (sagging cushions).
Circa 1800.
Total height 92 cm, seat height 43 cm, width 62 cm, seat depth 47 cm.
