Beautifully carved walnut sofa.

Concave back, openwork pediment with a rocaille shell in bloom.

Armrests with cuffs, curved arm supports.

Decorated with foliate scrolls, cambered legs.

Petit point trim with foliage and flower motifs.

Around 1900.

Seat height 44 cm, back height 101 cm, width 133 cm, seat depth 56 cm.

Small tear on back of backrest.
