Beautiful writing table in flamed mahogany.

It opens with three rectangular drawers with concave corners.

The top drawer has a gilded leather-covered shelf.

Fluted front and rear uprights, fluted tapered legs.

Gilt bronze ornamentation: openwork gallery, lock escutcheons and sabots.

Veined white marble top, oak frame.

Stamp-painted, all three locks work.

Late 18th century.

Height 74 cm, width 49 cm, depth 33 cm.
