Beautiful Louis XVI style low display cabinet opening with a door.

Inlaid with various wood species: amaranth, lemon, boxwood, green-tinted sycamore, walnut burl and holly.
Decorated with fillets, lozenges, music reserves, knotted ribbons, flowery foliage and leafy spandrels.
Rich ornamentation of gilded bronzes: friezes of ovals, laurel leaves and rais-de-coeur, antique-style falls, laurel wreath, knotted ribbon and quiver, fleurons.
Stylized keyhole and key.
Chased lock signed: DIEHL, PARIS, 19 rue Michel le Comte.
Veined white marble top, oak frame.
Around 1860.
