Magnificent Louis XVI style chateau display case.
Carved walnut and gilded.
A cabinet part opens with two large glass doors.
The pediment is decorated with a coat of arms and the motto "Fides et Patria".
The lower part is a console with a large overhanging top.
The four legs are linked by a beautiful brace.
Abundant stylized decoration of pearls, garlands, fire pots, flutes, interlacing, torches...
Exceptional piece of furniture from a castle in the Lyon region.
Around 1880.
Height 291 cm, width 260 cm, depth 83 cm.
Cracks, old xylophagous holes and reinforcements, missing, no key, only one shelf.
