Large Regency-style armchair in carved walnut.

High and wide flat backrest with slight inclination.

Moving armrests and armrest supports.

All-sided scrolled belt, arched feet finished in hooves, X-shaped spacer.

Finely carved decoration: shells, lattice work, scrolls, acanthus leaves and foliage.

Around 1900.

Petit point tapestry decorated with a chariot divinity, birds and dragon, floral motifs.

Seat height 47 cm, back 111 cm, width 70 cm, seat depth 57 cm.

Back velvet worn.
