Large carved walnut armchair.

High, slightly sloping backrest, intertwined branching armrests, terminating in leafy crossbars.

Armrests, legs and braces decorated with leafy balusters, guilloches, fluting and fleurons.

Petit point trim decorated with a gallant scene, bird and foliage.

Around 1900.

Seat height 46 cm, backrest 119 cm, width 67 cm, seat depth 51 cm.

Tapestry: wear, needs relining.
