Large carved walnut armchair.
High, slightly sloping back, wide, deep seat.
Armrests decorated with fleurons and shells.
Curved arm supports with acanthus leaves.
Curved crosspieces with shells, latticework and foliage.
Snail-shaped cambered legs, front legs with scrolls, shells, fleurons and acanthus leaves.
Beautiful X-shaped floral braces.
Polychrome studded upholstery in the style of the period.
Circa 1900.
Seat height 41 cm, back 111 cm, width 71 cm, seat depth 51 cm.
Recent upholstery, very good condition.
