Large armchair in natural beech and walnut.

High, slightly sloping flat back, pediment carved with lattice work, shells and foliate scrolls.

Curved armrests with crescents, shells and fleurons.

Curved armrests with acanthus leaves.

Curved crosspieces with shells and leafy crossbars.

Cambered legs with acanthus leaves, finished in sabots.

Beautiful X-shaped spacer with central finial.

Petit point tapestry with elegant floral design and fantastic animals.

Circa 1720.

Seat height 42 cm, back 104 cm, width 68 cm, depth 53 cm.

Woodwork: old reinforcements, reins and old traces of worm damage.

Tapestry: wear.
