Beautiful walnut chest of drawers opening with three crossbow-shaped curved drawers.

Reservoired mounts decorated with shells, acanthus leaves and oak leaf falls.

Low curved crosspiece, apron with large asymmetrical shell, acanthus leaves and quilted crosspieces.

Front feet arched and finished as a snail.

Top with corbin beak and chamfer.

Panelled sides, silhouetted rear feet.

Original locks, drop handles and patinated bronze escutcheons.

Very beautiful Dauphiné walnut.

Model to be compared with the productions of Pierre Hache (1705-1776).

Height 91 cm, width 129 cm, depth 65 cm.
