Beautiful molded and carved natural beech armchair.

Wide, flat, curved backrest with armrests and curved brackets.

Curved seat crosspieces, curved legs finished in a snail shape.

Carved decoration of acanthus, lattice work, shells, scrolls and flowers.

Floral velvet trim.

Early 18th century.

Seat height 42 cm, backrest 101 cm, width 68 cm, depth 56 cm.

Back fabric and velvet worn, seat sagging, woodwork: old reinforcements.
