Beautiful pair of Louis XVI style armchairs in walnut enhanced with gilding.
Walnut finely carved with acanthus leaves, pearls, guilloches, pompoms and ribbons.
Grooved feet, herringbone connection thimbles.
Tapestry with small stitch decorated with characters symbolizing hunting and fishing, foliage, Greeks and flowers.
Circa 1900.
Height back 1m, seat 45 cm, width 61 cm, depth 61 cm.
