Beautiful Louis XIV style cartel in imitation Boulle marquetry.
Fronton with gilded bronze amour, acanthus falls on all sides.
Mounts with flower and bust falls, sides with interlacing, fleurons and stylized grids.
Base with passementerie, foliate crosses and fleurons, toupie legs.
Glass door with putti and rais-de-coeur frieze.
Gilt bronze dial with scrolls, enamelled cartouches with Roman numerals, three winding holes.
Mechanism signed FHS Germany.
Fully functional.
Height 59 cm, width 28 cm, depth 12 cm.
