Beautiful Louis XVI period portico clock.
In white and black marble, it rests on a rectangular base with rinceaux and gilt bronze spinning top feet.
Uprights with flat columns enhanced with garlands of flowers, friezes of pearls, lyres and ribboned quivers.
Enamelled dial with Arabic numerals for the hours and quarters signed Hartemann in Paris.
It is surmounted by a fire pot with a garland of flowers and surrounded by vine leaf lyres.
Medallions of alabaster and pendulum in the sun.
Finely chiselled openworked hands.
Late 18th century.
Guaranteed movement revised by a professional watchmaker.
Height 54 cm, width 39 cm, depth 10 cm.
