Magnificent little flat desk in the Louis XV style in rosewood.
It opens with two drawers in front, marquetry of rhombuses on all sides.
Rich ornamentation of gilded bronzes: lingotière, entries of locks, busts, sabots and nets.
Cambered legs, gilded leather top.
Varnished with a stamp.
Circa 1880.
Height of top 74 cm, under drawer 57 cm, width 107 cm, depth 62 cm.
